The Authority developed 212 acres 1 ½ miles from I-20 at Exit 130 (Greensboro ), all utilities are on the site including a rail bed to CSX main line. Manufacturing firms and a satellite campus of Athens Technical College have consumed all but 96 acres. Cost $15,000 per acre.
