Buildings & Sites

The Greene County Development Authority owns a 212 acre Industrial Park located 1 1/2 miles off of Exit 130 on I-20.  There are sites ranging from 3 to 220 acres throughout the county. Sites up to 220 acres are available with CSX rail access.  Second generation buildings are available throughout the county, ranging from 10,000 sq. ft to 100,000 sq. ft.
